Most Popular Mediterranean Islands in Spain; Mallorca
|Mallorca, which is often written as Majorca, is one of the islands which belong to Spain. The island lies on the east side of the country in the Mediterranean. A popular island for tourists especially for Brits, Germans, Dutch but also often travel down to this island. By the idealist position in the Mediterranean, the island has many beautiful beaches where many hours can enjoy the beach, sun, sea and atmosphere of the place. Mallorca is a nice island to go on vacation.
The island was already in 120 BC by the Romans conquered and they immediately found the city of Palma. In the following centuries, the island is often in the hands of various nations. Thus came after the Romans, the Vandals, the Byzantines and Moors.
