The Hague Snowcity

On Spui square in The Hague on 7 and 8 November a major ski event organized. The square will be transformed into a charming Austrian village with huts and snow slopes where you can glide over it with rubber bands.

The event that “Snow City” is mentioned is an initiative of the Austrian National Tourist Office. The visitor can learn about all the possibilities of skiing in beautiful Austria.

Ski races and milk jug-throwing
The winter activities are focused on young but also old. Children can make a circle in a ski carousel, milk jug and cowbell-throw-throw. Additionally you can use a rubber band of a sliding track 18 meters long and most driving an old-fashioned ski race. All this while enjoying a swing music and a delicious Austrian Kaiserschmarrn. To conclude, there is a possibility for après-ski. Admission is free.
