The easiest way would be to contact your host provider company and make sure that they are saving backups periodically. And after that, you’d better take your own precautions and download your site’s backup files like every week or something like that. Do not delete previous file as soon as you download the new one; because the problem might as well be within the last file you downloaded, so when you need to upload your backup files, you’d be uploading the infected files, which is not gonna help. Just keep at least several previous backup files that you downloaded earlier and delete each of them after a month or so. Hope this helps
