A Alexandra Palace
The first television broadcast (on November 2, 1936) has been handled from London, this palace. In the meantime renovated building exhibitions are now given. In the garden you will also find a ijshockyebaan.
B by Big Ben
Popularly meant by the Big Ben clock tower of the great Palace of Westminster. Big Ben is actually the only clock that you find in the belfry. The clock is less than 14 tons.
C Cab
The ideal mode of transport in London are the London’s cab. Or the black cab is available for you, you can see the sign ‘For Hire’, which is illuminated when they are free.
D Dickens, Charles
From 1837 to 1839 attended the famous novelist at Doughty Street. His house is now open to visitors. During a tour of the four-story house you find yourself in the life of the author.
E Eye
The London Eye is the biggest wheel in the world. While sitting in the ride you get a good view of the area along the Thames. In good weather you have less than 40 km visibility. Pull it time for a ride, because it takes less than 30 minutes before the wheel is rotated.

H Harvey Nichols

J Jack the Ripper

Mama Mia! is just one of many musicals every day to attend in London. These musicals are all played in different theaters. Known theaters and music halls Royal Opera House, Queen Elizabeth Hall, Royal Court Theatre, National Theatre and Sadler’s Wells.
N Natural History Museum
An educational museum for children and adults. Get in the earthquake simulator and relive the earthquake in Kobe in 1995, travel through the earth on the Earth Department, learn about babies in the Human Biology Department and see the fossils of ancient dinosaurs.
Oh, East London
East End was once home to workers. Immigrants from France but also from Bangladesh, this part of town used as a refuge. In 1980 this part of London completely renovated and now it is the heart of the media and financial community. Recommendations in this part of London’s fashionable restaurants and galleries, as well as Spitalfields, where every Sunday is the oldest market in London.
P Parks
Escape the crowds? London has many parks where you can simply relax, walk or rent a boat. Take a look at:
• Hyde Park, where you can hire boats or swimming
• St. James Park, designed in the 18th century and still the best park in London
• Regents Park, frequented because the zoo is here
• Primrose Hill, with a unique view of the skyline of New York
Q Queen’s House
Inigo Jones built a lot down in London. His first building in the Palladian style, was the Queen’s House. Originally it was the residence of the wife of Charles I, now you will find the art collection of the National Maritime Museum. You can find the house in Greenwich Park.

The Ritz is the most exclusive hotel in London, and therefore not affordable for many. Walk inside and admire the splendor can be. Order for example a high tea at Palm Court Restaurant, located in the hotel.
S Skating
London is a city for shoppers, but also for couples. London offers so many opportunities to tie the skates. In winter you can skate outside on the Broadgate Centre and Someset House. In summer you have access to an indoor ice rink in Queensway, Leisurebox.
